Reminders provide an opportunity to better support your clients

You can set reminders for yourself against individual clients, enter notes on reminders and mark them off once completed. For booking future appointments for your clients, learn about scheduling here.

  1. Navigate to the client’s records

  2. Select Reminder from the action buttons and add a title

  3. Provide details as required and a due date

  4. Click Save reminder when finished

When the reminder's due date arrives it will appear in the Today's reminders area on your dashboard until completed.

  1. From your dashboard or the client’s list of records, select the reminder

  2. Click Complete reminder

Reminders are displayed in the client’s list of records. This list can be filtered to view all previous and upcoming reminders for that client by clicking the filter button next to the search bar and selecting the reminder icon.
