With Noted’s ACC billing feature, you can compile invoices with multiple services and send them directly to ACC for payment without logging in to another system.
You can create billable services from records or manually
You cannot add ACC details to a previously created and signed record
NOTE: This feature is for registered ACC providers in New Zealand
Create services from records
Navigate to the records screen of a client that you wish to create an ACC record for
Create a record or edit an existing unsigned record
Toggle on ACC treatment and enter the required ACC details
Enter a record as you would normally using a form
Provide a duration and, once the record is complete, sign the record
Tip: When you follow up on the previous record you will find that the ACC details are pulled through and the treatment number has increased automatically.
Manually creating services
Navigate to ACC billing via the Switcher and select Create a service
Enter the required details and click Save service when complete
