Team Based Client Access (TBCA) provides control over which teams in your organisation can find a client. Therefore, it is important from an administrative perspective to get an overview of a client's teams. This can be done through the Search clients screen.

Searching Clients

The Search clients screen within the Administration menu provides a way to review clients added to Noted and see the teams that they currently belong to. Click Assign teams on a client to make adjustments. Please ensure you have read the full feature documentation first.

Finding clients in no teams

By default, any new client added to Noted must belong to at least one team. Organisation administrators can bypass this rule to remove all teams from a client via the Search clients screen. When a client does not belong to any teams, no user can find them in the app, except for organisation administrations from the Search clients screen.

To check for clients not in any team, use the Search clients screen to select clients not in and Any team from the selection controls. The Assign teams action can then be used on any clients that are found missing teams by mistake.
