Logging in with a Noted ID

We have now begun rolling out our new Noted ID system to customers. You will receive instructions when it is your organisation's time to upgrade.

To use a Noted ID to access the app you must first visit our new Noted ID login screen. From the usual login screen there is a new section underneath with the text Received a Noted ID? Log in using your Noted ID.

Clicking this link will take you directly to the Noted ID login screen:

Troubleshooting

When logging in using a Noted ID remember to use your email address rather than the username that was used previously.

Password issues

When having problems with your password:

  1. Use the eye icon in the password field to be able to see and check the typed password

  2. If still having problems use the Forgot password? link to receive a password reset email

App does not load upon login

If your are using one of the following browser configurations you may find the app does not login successfully:

  • Using a Chrome incognito window/tab

  • Using Chrome with an ad blocker extension

  • Using the Brave browser with the “shields up”

  • Using Safari with the Prevent cross-site tracking preference enabled

  • Using Firefox with Enhanced protection enabled

We are working on a fix for all of the above, but in the meantime we recommend running Google Chrome as this will often work without further setting changes needed.
