Grant access to a group for specific teams

In Noted, you can grant access to a group for a team. This means that certain teams can see the group, its members and sessions, while others will see that this information is restricted and cannot be accessed further.

To add access controls to a group:

  1. Navigate to client records via the switcher

  2. Click on Groups

  3. Click on the group you wish to add access controls then click Edit group, or create a new group

  4. Under access control assign the team(s) you want to allow access to the group

  5. Click confirm restriction

  6. Click Finish to save changes

NOTE: You have to be a part of the team if you want to allow access to the group
