How to add a key worker

Assigning key workers to clients allows for better shared care within a team. Key workers can also be used as a filter when using Reports or the Clients list. You can assign one or multiple key workers when you create a new client or by editing an existing client.

To add a key worker to a client:

  • Search for the client you want to add a key worker to

  • Select Edit Client

  • From the left menu of the client’s details, select Key Workers

  • Search or click on the dropdown to select a user that you wish to add as the keyworker

  • Click add when you have selected the user you want to add as the key worker

NOTE: Clicking on the pencil will allow you to define a time a user is the keyworker for the client

Key Worker History

Some clients have multiple key workers, either all at once, or over some time.

  • Our key worker history feature is designed to show you who a client’s key worker was from start date to end date, at present, and their contact information during that time.

  • You can view a client’s key worker history when editing their client details section (click on the box Show history), or on their client overview page
