Invite a client to add their personal information before their first appointment and save time.
This can be especially useful if you ask your clients a lot of questions about themselves on their first visit.
Your client will be emailed a link which will enable them to fill out their registration form.
This will include your organisation’s default or customised Additional information form.
To invite a client:
Navigate to the Dashboard in Client Records using the switcher
Click Invite client
Enter their name and email address
If required, customise the content of the email
Click Invite client
NOTE: Inviting a client creates a new client in Noted. If the client has already been added to your organisation, avoid duplication by simply searching for them from the Dashboard.
Managing invited clients
Invited clients are managed from the Invitations panel within the worker dashboard.
Sent contains clients that have been sent invites but not yet responded
Responses contains clients that have completed the invite form
Once a client invite has been sent out it will appear under Sent. Once the client has visited the link in the invite email and submitted the completed invite form they will then move to appear under Responses. The panel contains all clients that are currently part of the process across the organisation.
To finish the invite process for a responded client:
Select their entry within the Responses list
Review the client information
Save to confirm the client and remove them from the Responses list
