Accessing and updating your subscription information

Access and update your billing information, change your subscription package, manage add-ons and view historic invoices

Viewing and updating your Noted Subscription

You can view and update your subscription details under Plan.

  1. Navigate to Administration via the Switcher and select Subscription from the menu

  2. Click Plan from the sub-menu to view your current subscription

  3. To change to a new plan, select change plan. This will provide an estimate of your monthly charges

  4. Confirm your decision or click Cancel to go back to the subscription page

Note: Plans and bills are prorated. When you change your plan, changes to your billing will occur immediately.

Billing details

To update your billing details navigate to Administration via the Switcher and select Subscription from the menu. You will be presented with your current billing details under the heading Billing. Update/enter your information and when finished click Update to save.

Updating your payment method

  1. Navigate to Administration via the Switcher and select Subscription from the menu

  2. Select Payment method from the sub-menu

  3. Enter debit/credit card details then click Update details to confirm

Note: For security reasons, we do not store your card information within Noted. Once submitted the details will not be displayed.

Download your Noted invoices

  1. Navigate to Administration via the Switcher and select Subscription from the menu

  2. Select Invoices from the sub-menu

  3. From the list of invoices, select those you wish to download then click Download

Note: Each invoice will download as a separate .pdf file. If you select and download multiple invoices these will be downloaded together in a single .zip file.
