This is the usual login screen requiring a username and password.
If your organisation uses Noted IDs and the user is on the wrong login screen, they can use the ‘Login using your Noted ID’ link to log in with an email address.
If you attempt to log in with the wrong credentials three times, you will be challenged to prove you are human.
If the user has forgotten or needs to reset their password, they can use the ‘Lost your password?’ flow as shown in the original login screen.
They then provide their username and the system will walk them through resetting their password via their email inbox
The app does not load upon login
If you are using one of the following browser configurations you may find the app does not load successfully:
Using a Chrome incognito window/tab
Using Chrome with an ad blocker extension
Using the Brave browser with the “shields up”
Using Safari with the Prevent cross-site tracking preference enabled
Using Firefox with Enhanced protection enabled
We are working on a fix for all of the above, but in the meantime, we recommend running Google Chrome as this will often work without further setting changes needed.
