Search and edit upcoming appointments

Your organisation’s calendar can be viewed by Workers or Spaces and by week or day. Clicking either of these in the top menu bar will display the appointments scheduled for that resource.

The third button next to Spaces is the filter button (only visible when in the day view). This can be used to customise what is displayed on the booking screen and in which order.

  • Tick or untick resources in the list to include or remove them from view

  • Click and drag to sort resources top-to-bottom in the order you would like to see them from left to right

  • From here you can reschedule, cancel or delete an appointment, and update the appointment’s status

To view and edit appointments:

  1. In the right-hand sidebar, select a date from the calendar

  2. Open the View Appointments menu (in between the + sign and magnifying glass) to see the appointments for the date selected in the calendar

  3. Select an appointment from the list or click on it on the booking screen

  4. Click on the pencil icon to edit the time or add a note

Rescheduling an appointment will provide you with the ability to change Worker, Space, date and time. If you need to change the Service you will need to delete the appointment and start again. Cancelled appointments will still show in the calendar. Deleting an appointment will completely remove it.

Search for upcoming client appointments

  1. In the right-hand sidebar, open the Find by Client menu (magnifying glass)

  2. Search for the client and click on their name

  3. From here you can view basic information and upcoming appointments

  4. Select an appointment to view further information or edit
