Whether a close friend or family member, occasionally it is appropriate to limit a user’s access to a client within Noted. With User access you can specifically block an individual user from having access to a client’s information beyond their name and date of birth.
Limit users
The restriction is applied to an individual client. Only users that have the privilege to edit client access can apply or change these rules. Learn more about assigning roles and privileges here.
From your Dashboard or the Clients screen, search for and select the client you would like to add a limited user access rule to
Click Edit client and, from the left-hand menu, scroll down and select User access
Search for and select the individual user(s) you want to limit access
Then click Limit access to confirm
