Add spaces for your organisation to use in the scheduling system

Spaces can be anything from rooms to cars, depending on your service’s requirements.

  • If your workers always work in a specific room, then there is no need to add spaces. Booking the person is the same as booking the room.

  • If your workers work across several spaces, any of which could be booked out, then you need to add spaces.

To set up spaces for your organisation:

  1. In Administration, select Organisation from the menu

  2. Select Spaces and click Create

  3. Enter the name and a brief description of your space

  4. Assign the services that will take place in this space by typing a name into the assigned services box. You can select more than one, or all services by clicking on Select all services, or none at all

  5. Once you’ve finished click Save

  • Tip: To edit or delete a space, navigate to the far right column and select the three dots.
