This feature shows valid addresses across New Zealand, making entering a client's address much easier and quicker for our users.
Entering a client’s address
You can add an address to a client’s details page by following the steps below:
Search a client’s name using the search bar from the Noted dashboard
Select Edit Client
From the left menu of the client’s details, select Addresses
Under the Address Type, select the type of address being entered: Residential Address, Postal Address, Other, Unknown
Enter the address in the search bar below. Address options will be suggested to you. Select the correct address.
Once you have added the address it will save and show below
To edit the address, select the pencil icon on the right. To delete the address, select the x icon on the right of the address.
If an address is not showing from the list, you can still manually add and save an address.
Note: When deleting a client’s address, we do not currently have an ‘Address History” feature. Once deleted, there is no way of seeing any kind of historic addresses. If this type of information is important to keep track of we recommend recording it somewhere.
