Auditing Log

See what type of information your employees are accessing and the type of client information being viewed and/or edited.

An audit will display the following information:

  • Date and time the activity occurred

  • User

  • Client

  • The type of activity (Create, Read, Update, Delete)

  • URL of the page accessed

  • It is important to note that the audit log will initially show you the most recent activity closest to the day of the activity. On the right is a calendar, to view any other activity you can select different dates.

NOTE: You can only access this feature if you have a role with audit trail enabled

Accessing the Audit Log:

  1. Navigate to Auditing via the Switcher

  2. Search for a user or client by entering their name into the search box

  3. From the search results to search another user see a list of clients, workers, groups and whānau that the user has interacted with

  4. Select an item from the list to see details of the interactions the user has had

  5. To get more information on a specific interaction, select it to see a pop up with the actions taken (Create, Read, Update, Delete).
