If you have duplicate clients you can merge the two.
When you create a client and Noted recognises them as a potential duplicate, a pop-up will appear asking if the client is a different client or a duplicate.
However, if this pop-up is accidentally cancelled or skipped your organisation admin always merge duplicate clients in the administration area.
To merge duplicate clients:
Navigate to Administration via the switcher
Click on clients
Click on Merge duplicates
A list of potential duplicate clients will appear and you will have to merge the correct duplicate
Click on merge at the end of the client name
Select from the dropdown which client you want to merge into
Review that you are merging the correct client or press swap clients at the top of the table to swap the client being merged
Click merge clients and review the information in the pop-up
Tip: Carefully review which client you want to merge from and to, one thing to note is that one client might have more up-to-date information than the other.
