Creating a client note

Notes are designed for entering brief bits of information on a client. To learn about creating in-depth, structured records look here.

Client notes offer a way to record brief pieces of information on a client without the structure of Noted’s context-specific forms. These are useful for recording short phone conversations, DNAs (Did Not Attend), and brief interactions.

  1. Search for or add the client you are creating a note for

  2. Select Continue to records

  3. Select Note from the action buttons and add a title

  4. If required, edit the date and time of the note

  5. Enter the note and duration if relevant

  6. Click Save and review when finished

  7. If you are satisfied that the note is complete, click Sign and confirm

Tip: You can create an addendum for signed notes similar to signed records.
