Setting up a Noted ID

Noted is currently moving all customers to Noted IDs. This article details how you get up and running with your Noted ID.

1. Enter and verify your email address

The login screen will prompt for your email address. Enter it and press Continue

A verification email will be send to the address provided. Please check your email inbox for the email.

Please allow a minute or so for the email to reach your inbox.

If no email is received then also check your spam/junk folder.

The email will look similar to the one shown below and contain a 6 digit code that can then be typed into the box provided.

2. Set your password

Enter the password you would like to use. Passwords must be at least 8 characters in length.

3. Setup multi-factor authentication (optional)

For the most security you can setup multi-factor authentication by choosing Authenticator app or instead choose Don't use multi-factor authentication.

Organisation administrators can also setup multi-factor authentication to be required for all their users to ensure the best security for their data.
