A Noted ID is the most secure way for an organisation to access Noted and over time will become the way all users access Noted.

Using a Noted ID also provides access to new features to customise the level of security for an organisation

Customisable session timeout

Set the length of time that a user can be inactive before their session is automatically ended. This can be configured within your organisation administration settings once users are moved to Noted IDs.

A single login for all your users

Until now people with multiple organisation users would need to manage a different login for each user. Using a Noted ID means only one username and password containing access to all organisation users.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Increased security for organisations through use of authenticator application and one-time passwords. Email support@noted.com or use the support chat to find out how to access this feature.
