What is a Noted ID?

Updated over 2 weeks ago

A Noted ID is the most secure way for an organisation to access Noted and will soon become the way all users access Noted.

Using a Noted ID also provides access to new features to customise the level of security for an organisation.

Customisable session timeout

Set the length of time that a user can be inactive before their session is automatically ended and they are logged out. This can be configured within your organisation administration settings once users are using Noted IDs.

A single login for all your users

Until now people employed or contracted with multiple organisations would need to manage a different login for each user. Using a Noted ID means only one username and password containing access to all your organisation users.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Increased security for organisations through the use of authenticator applications and one-time passwords. This can be optionally enabled for a single Noted ID when first setting it up, or can be required for all organisation users in the organisation security settings.
