Book appointments, block out time for a worker or space, and search for upcoming appointments

Scheduling an appointment

Noted’s Scheduling system allows you to easily book a service in the right place, with the right person, at the right time.

If each worker in your team has their own room and only one room, the below video quickly shows how to create appointments:

If instead you work across multiple spaces, either on your own or within a team, the process to create appointments is slightly different. The below video will show you how:

  1. In the right-hand sidebar, click Appointment

  2. Select the service you are looking to book. If required, toggle on Telehealth

  3. Select a Worker and/or Space, or leave these as they are

  4. Specify a time period for this appointment from the drop-down menu

  5. Click Search for availability

  6. Select a date from the list or, using the Booking view, you can select an appointment from a white highlighted area. Click in the white highlighted area to make the booking

  7. Add a client to the appointment

  8. Add further resources if required then click Save

Note: Telehealth is Noted’s in-app video conferencing feature that allows you to meet with your clients remotely. For more information on this feature, read this article.

Note: For new clients, click the Create new client button and fill in the required details.

View or edit an existing appointment

  1. In the right-hand sidebar, select a date

  2. Open the View appointments menu to see that date’s appointments

  3. Select an appointment from the list or click on it in the Booking screen

  4. Click on the pencil icon to edit the time or add a note

Here you can reschedule, cancel or delete the appointment, update the appointment’s status or toggle the Telehealth feature on or off.

Rescheduling an appointment will provide you with the ability to change Worker, Space, date and time. If you need to change the Service you will need to delete the appointment and start again. Canceled appointments will still show in the calendar. Deleting an appointment will completely remove it.

Search for upcoming client appointments

  1. In the right-hand sidebar, open the Find by client menu

  2. Search for the client and click on their name

  3. From here you can view basic information and upcoming appointments

  4. Select an appointment to view further information or edit
