Reassigning and amending records can now be applied to group records. In cases where it is necessary to take ownership of another worker’s signed or unsigned group record to make any changes, sign or delete - this can now be done with the amend privilege.
To amend a group record:
- Navigate to the record you wish to amend/reassign 
- Click the three dots to the top right of the record and select Amend record or if you wish to reassign the record to another user click Reassign record. 
- Confirm your intention to amend/reassign the record 
- Make any necessary changes to the record 
- Sign the record when you are happy with the amendments 
NOTE: If you need to delete a staff member's record, you can do this once you have amended a record
