During your trial, you have full access to all of Noted’s features regardless of the subscription plan they are associated with. This gives you an opportunity to try them out so that when your trial comes to an end you know which subscription plan suits you best.

Tip: You can change your plan at any time if your requirements change. To upgrade your subscription and select one of Noted’s plans follow the steps listed here.

Groups

Do you work with more than one client at a time? Noted’s Groups feature allows you to easily record group sessions that populate the records list of those attending. Multiple team members can work together and write their own records for group sessions.

Groups is available on our Essentials+, Premium and Care provider plans

ACC billing

If you are an approved ACC provider working in New Zealand, including Sensitive Claims providers, you can use Noted’s ACC billing tool. Create invoices for ACC covered treatments and send these directly to ACC from within Noted.

Reporting

Noted makes accessing your information easy by providing robust reporting tools. You can access a quick overview of your clients through Insights, pull basic client information with the Clients list or delve deeper into your data with Reports. Learn more about reporting here.

Note: A new trial has no preloaded information. You will need to enter a few clients and client records before being able to pull reports.

Insights and the Clients list are both available for all users regardless of their plan.

Reports is available on our Premium and Care provider plans.

Access control

Teams allow you to safely share confidential client information within your wider team.

Users can grant or deny access to client records for specific users or groups of users. Learn more about Teams here.
