In Noted, there are many different types of records. Whether you are face-to-face with a client or revising client information, Noted makes it easy to filter through records.
To find a list of records available:
Navigate to client records via the switcher
Search for a client on the dashboard or in the client section
Click continue to records
Underneath the name and bio click on the word Record to have a drop-down menu appear
The types of depositories:
Some examples of depositories that you will find here include client records, medications and the client document section.
This is where you can also find tracking forms to update and any extra forms your organisation have chosen to include or have.
You can also update alerts, allergies and goals in this drop-down box.
To filter client records:
Navigate to client records via the switcher
Search for a client on the dashboard or in the client section
Click continue to records
Click on the funnel next to the search records box
Click on the Show All tab and select the record type you want to see
