In Noted, there are many different types of records. Whether you are face-to-face with a client or revising client information, Noted makes it easy to filter through records.
To find a list of records available:
- Navigate to client records via the switcher 
- Search for a client on the dashboard or in the client section 
- Click continue to records 
- Underneath the name and bio click on the word Record to have a drop-down menu appear 
The types of depositories:
- Some examples of depositories that you will find here include client records, medications and the client document section. 
- This is where you can also find tracking forms to update and any extra forms your organisation have chosen to include or have. 
- You can also update alerts, allergies and goals in this drop-down box. 
To filter client records:
- Navigate to client records via the switcher 
- Search for a client on the dashboard or in the client section 
- Click continue to records 
- Click on the funnel next to the search records box 
- Click on the Show All tab and select the record type you want to see
