We will be upgrading all users to Noted IDs on 8 September 2025. For this change to be a seamless as possible you should insure your organisation's users are ready for the change.
Delete or suspend any users that are no longer required
Upon creation of a Noted ID welcome emails are sent to each user. To minimise confusion ensure all users that are no longer active in the organisation are either deleted or suspended.
Ensure all email address are correct
The email address of each user will be used to verify and set up the Noted ID so ensure that it is correct and emails can be received.
Noted ID allows accessing all Noted users through a single login s people with multiple users should check the email addresses of their users match to ensure they are matched to the same Noted ID.
Each person wanting to be able to login must have a unique email address for their user(s) that is not shared with any other people.
Setting up your Noted ID
When Noted IDs are ready emails will be sent with a link to setup and login.
