We have added the ability to add key workers to Whanaunga Āwhina.
The key worker is assigned to the whanaunga āwhina as a whole, rather than to an individual client—this works the same way as key worker assignments do for clients.
This is especially important for those of you working on the Whānau Ora contract, where the key worker of the whānau is part of the reporting requirements. Key worker assignments can be viewed and reported on in Data Discovery.
Please be aware that the key workers for a whanaunga āwhina are not currently visible on the overview of their members—we will keep you updated on any changes to this.

Over the coming months will enable searching of whanaunga āwhina by their key workers to more easily find the whanaunga āwhina you have been assigned to.
