When "Key workers" is selected in the client required field settings an active key worker relationship will then required when editing a client's key workers. This is useful to help ensure worker responsibility for all clients.
Failing to have an active worker results in a "At least one active key worker selection is required" message.
When clients are no longer receiving services for an organisation however they often also no longer will have an active key worker making this requirement incorrect.
To account for this situation the client's status can now be updated to inactive as this will now remove the active key worker requirement. All active key worker relationships can then be ended successfully.
