Attendee records are created by pressing the Add attendee record... button and choosing the attendee.

For a session to be classed as completed and its information valid it needs to be signed. To be able to sign a session first all of the records within the session also have to be signed.
Once all records have been created and finished for a worker they can press the Sign records button to sign all of their session records.
Once all records within a session are signed any worker can then press the Sign session button to sign off and complete the whole session.
