This document details the redesign of the Snapshot app released 3 Dec 2025. The new version has replaced the old and the old version is no longer available.
Key Changes Overview
We are particularly excited about the addition of an interactive dashboard in this app - take a look at the new Overview sheet. You can click on each of the numbers to drill down into the information.

Once you are in the sheet for further information, you will see visualisations first, rather than tables. This is to support a more insightful view. You can select a question/view in the drop down menu to view visualisations relevant to your needs. Switching between visualisations and tables is simple by using the buttons at the top of each sheet.

Snapshot now includes data from assessment forms - such as assessment type and start date. This data is available in the table view initially.
This release also focuses on enabling Snapshot to support Whanaunga āwhina, a new Noted feature which will replace the Whānau feature. Improvements to user experience have also been incorporated based on customer feedback.
Note: terminology used here is the generic Noted terms, your organisation may have custom words in place of some of these e.g. “Client” may be displayed as “Tangata” or “Whaiora” for your organisation.
